Policies:

•Refund/Remaining Budget Policy-

-If the final cost of your curated gifts is less than your selected Budget Tier, the remaining balance will be refunded to you prior to, or at the time of, receiving your gift. Please note that shopping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and care dedicated to researching and curating your personalized gift experience. All Issued Budget Tier returns will be completed in Cash unless discussed prior. 

 

-Any additional non-refundable fees will be clearly communicated and approved before your order is placed.

 

-For transparency, all clients will receive copies of receipts for purchases made as part of their curated gift experience.

 

•Return/Exchange Policy- 

-All curated gift purchases will include any applicable receipts provided by the original retailer at the time of delivery. Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in advance, purchases will be made using cash whenever possible to help facilitate a smoother return or exchange process with the original retailer.

-The Gifted Fairy Concierge is not responsible for processing returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits for purchased items. Any return, exchange, or refund requests must be handled directly with the original retailer and are subject to that retailer’s policies and requirements.

•Cancellation Policy- 

-All cancellations must be requested prior to the start of the shopping process. Once shopping has begun, cancellations are no longer eligible.

-If a cancellation is approved before shopping begins, you will receive a refund for the selected Budget Tier amount only. Shopping fees and any additional previously agreed-upon fees are non-refundable, as they cover time, planning, and preparation of your curated gift experience.

-Any additional non-refundable fees will remain applicable as previously discussed and agreed upon prior to cancellation.

 

•Rush Order Policy- 

-Rush orders are defined as any request with less than 7 days’ notice prior to the desired completion date. All rush orders will incur a non-refundable $25 rush shopping fee, which will be added to the final total.

-This fee covers the expedited time, planning, and prioritization required to complete your curated gift experience within a shortened timeframe.

 

•Payment Policy- 

-All cash payments must be made in person by the client and will require a signed receipt to confirm completion of the transaction.

-Online or card payments are accepted when available and will include a non-refundable $5 processing fee added to the total.

-All payment methods must be completed in full before the start of the curated gift process unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
