The Gifted Fairy Concierge is a personalized gift-shopping service where we handle the stress of finding the perfect gift for you. After a consultation, we curate and shop for thoughtful, customized gifts based on your recipient’s personality, interests, and your budget.
In most cases, we begin shopping based on your consultation and agreed-upon budget. However, if you prefer, we can include a “pre-approval step” where options are presented before final purchases are made. This can be discussed during your consultation.
If the total cost of the gifts comes in under your selected Budget Tier, the remaining balance will be refunded to you before or at the time of delivery. Only the shopping fee and any add-ons are non-refundable.

The shopping fee covers all of the behind-the-scenes work including research, sourcing items, comparing options, coordinating purchases, and curating a personalized gift experience tailored specifically to your recipient.
Standard orders typically require 7-10 days depending on availability and complexity. Rush orders are available for an additional fee if you need your gift sooner than 7 days.
Any order needed in less than 7 days is considered a rush order and includes a $25 non-refundable rush fee due to expedited sourcing and prioritization.
Yes. Local delivery and shipping options are available and priced based on distance, size, and weight of the final gift package.
All return or exchange requests must be handled directly with the original retailer. We include receipts when possible, but TGFC is not responsible for processing returns, refunds, or store credits.

Cancellations must be made before shopping begins. Once sourcing or purchasing has started, cancellations are no longer eligible for refund of the shopping fee or add-ons.

Cash payments are accepted in person with a signed receipt. Online or card payments may be accepted when available and include a small processing fee.

Yes! During your consultation, you can request preferred stores, brands, or shopping locations, and we will do our best to source gifts within those preferences and your budget.
Yes! We offer add-ons such as gift wrapping, handwritten notes, greeting cards, balloon arrangements, and custom gift presentations.
